Whereas a draft of this Order has, in accordance with section 13(5) of the Justices of the Peace Act 19791, been laid before and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament:
Now, therefore, Her Majesty, in the exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 13(4) of the Justices of the Peace Act 1979, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
