PENSIONS

This Order brings into force section 167 of the Pensions Act 1995 on 19th August 1996, with the following exceptions:the provisions relating to the making of regulations in sections 10(8), (9) and (10) and 12A(8), (9) and (10) of the Family Law (Scotland) Act 1985 come into force on 15th July 1996; andthe coming into force of section 167 does not affect any action for divorce, or any action for declarator of nullity of marriage commenced before 19th August 1996.
