Any proposed supplementary operational controls to be applied during transport not routinely provided for in these Regulations, but which are necessary to ensure the safety of the package or to compensate for the deficiencies listed in paragraph 2 above, such as human intervention for temperature or pressure measurements or for periodic venting, taking into account the possibility of unexpected delay.
