General prohibitions9
a
No person shall transport or cause to be transported any other goods in a tank which is being or has at any time been used for the storage or transport of radioactive material.
b
No person shall transport or cause to be transported any liquid radioactive material in a tank unless—
i
the tank opening is above the level of the liquid; and
ii
the piping or pipe connections of the shell walls are below the level of the liquid.
