Amendment of the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations 1978
18. In section 36(9) of the National Insurance Act 1965 M1, as continued in force by regulation 3(3) of, and Schedule 1 to, the Social Security (Graduated Retirement Benefit) (No. 2) Regulations 1978 M2, for the words from “sections 25(5)" to the end of the subsection there shall be substituted the following words—
“section 30B(3) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992 M3, regulations 11(1) and 18(7) of the Social Security (Incapacity Benefit) (Transitional) Regulations 1995 M4 and regulation 9(5) of the Jobseeker’s Allowance (Transitional Provisions) Regulations 1995 M5 (rates of incapacity benefit and jobseeker’s allowance in transitional cases for persons over pensionable age).".
