SCHEDULE STATUTE OF THE INTERNATIONAL TRIBUNAL

Article 17 Investigation and preparation of indictment

2.  The Prosecutor shall have the power to question suspects, victims and witnesses, to collect evidence and to conduct on-site investigations. In carrying out these tasks, the Prosecutor may, as appropriate, seek the assistance of the State authorities concerned.
