Whereas the making of this Order is not opposed;
Now therefore, the Secretary of State for Wales (being the appropriate Minister under subsection (7) of section 14 of the Harbours Act 19641) in exercise of the powers conferred by that section and now vested in him2, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, and on the application of Cyngor Dosbarth Ceredigion, being the harbour authority engaged in improving, maintaining and managing the harbour of Aberystwyth, and those trading as IMP Developments, appearing to have a substantial interest for the purposes of section 14(2)(a) of the said Act, hereby makes the following Order:
