The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14(5) of the Agriculture Act 19931 and all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having been given notice by the North of Scotland Milk Marketing Board2 that it has wound up its affairs, after consultation with the Board and being satisfied that the Board has carried out its remaining functions, hereby makes the following Order:

This Order may be cited as the North of Scotland Milk Marketing Board Dissolution Order 1996 and shall come into force on 29th April 1996.

The North of Scotland Milk Marketing Board shall be dissolved on 29th April 1996.
