4. In section 151(1A) of the Air Force Act 1955(1) (deductions from pay for maintenance of wife or child), for paragraph (c) there shall be substituted the following paragraph—
“(c)he is being looked after by an authority (within the meaning of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995).”.
