10. In paragraph 5(a) of Schedule 5 to the Civil Jurisdiction and Judgments Act 1982(1) (contributions in respect of children in care, etc.), for the words or section 156 of the “Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968” there shall be substituted the words “section 156 of the Children and Young Persons Act (Northern Ireland) 1968 or Article 41 of the Children (Northern Ireland) Order 1995”.
