Her Majesty, in pursuance of section 2(5) of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993(1), is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:–
1. This Order may be cited as the Health Service Commissioner (Family Health Services Appeal Authority) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 17th April 1995.
2. The Family Health Services Appeal Authority is hereby designated as a Special Health Authority to which section 2 of the Health Service Commissioners Act 1993 (health service bodies subject to investigation by the Health Service Commissioner) applies.
