The Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) (Amendment) Order 1995
NOW, the Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 76(1) and section 77(6) of the Road Traffic Act 1991 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
Citation and commencement1.
This Order may be cited as the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) (Amendment) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 31st March 1995.
Interpretation2.
In this Order—
“the 1991 Act” means the Road Traffic Act 1991;
“the excluded areas” means the areas in the London borough of Redbridge referred to in the Schedule to this Order; and
Exclusions from special parking area3.
(1)
The excluded areas shall cease to form part of the special parking area designated by article 3(1) of the principal order.
(2)
The modifications of the 1984 and 1991 Acts contained in articles 4 and 5 of the principal order shall cease to have effect in relation to the excluded areas.

SCHEDULEAREAS IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF REDBRIDGE CEASING TO FORM PART OF THE SPECIAL PARKING AREA
This Order amends the Road Traffic (Special Parking Area) (London Borough of Redbridge) Order 1994 (“the principal order”) by excluding from the special parking area designated by that order certain areas which are to be transferred to the county of Essex in accordance with local government boundary changes. The consequential modifications made by the principal order to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and the Road Traffic Act 1991cease to apply to the excluded areas.
