The Secretary of State, in exercise of his powers under sections 51(2), 69 and 266 of the Local Government Act 1972(1) and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, having complied with the procedures laid down in section 69(2) and (3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order, which varies supplementary provisions contained in the Greater London and Surrey (County and London Borough Boundaries) Order 1994(2), an order made by him pursuant to his powers under sections 51(2) and 67(4) of the Act on 15th February 1994:

1972 c. 70. Sections 46 to 52 inclusive were repealed by the Local Government Act 1992 (c. 19) but are continued in effect by section 24(3) of the 1992 Act where any report or proposals were submitted by the Commission to the Secretary of State under Part IV of the 1972 Act before 31st October 1992.
