<Text>The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of powers conferred on her by section 126(3) of the National Health Service Act 1977<FootnoteRef Ref="f00001"/> and section 5(1) of, and paragraph 29(1) of Schedule 2 to, the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990<FootnoteRef Ref="f00002"/> and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, considering it appropriate in the interests of the health service to make this Order<FootnoteRef Ref="f00003"/>, and after completion of the consultation prescribed under paragraph 29(3) of Schedule 2 to the latter Act<FootnoteRef Ref="f00004"/>, hereby makes the following Order:</Text>

<Text>This Order may be cited as the Weybourne Community National Health Service Trust Dissolution Order 1995 and shall come into force on 1st April 1995.</Text>

<Text>The Weybourne Community National Health Service Trust established by the Weybourne Community National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1991<FootnoteRef Ref="f00005"/> is hereby dissolved, and accordingly that Order is hereby revoked.</Text>
