2. The following is hereby added to section 153(1) of the Environmental Protection Act 1990 after paragraph (aa)(1):
“(bb)the programme administered by the National Radiological Protection Board for the measurement of radon in premises in England.”
Section 153(1) was amended by S.I. 1991/146, 1991/682, 1991/1179, 1992/654, 1993/1062, 1993/1518, 1995/150, 1995/554 and 1995/1085.
