2. In this Order—
(i)“the trunk road” means the A102 Trunk Road known locally as Blackwall Tunnel Approach;
(ii)“the plan” means the site plan contained in the plan folio numbered PA/2078P/01, marked “The A102 Trunk Road (Blackwall Tunnel Approach, Greenwich) (Tunnel Avenue Slip Road) Order 1995”, signed by authority of the Secretary of State for Transport and deposited at the Department of Transport, Romney House, Marsham Street, London SW1P 3PY; and
(iii)“the slip road” means the new highway which the Secretary of State proposes to construct along the route described in the Schedule to this Order and which will connect the trunk road with Tunnel Avenue in the London Borough of Greenwich.
