This brings into force on 13th December 1995—
(a)the provisions of section 47(1), (2), (4) and (5) of the Police and Magistrates' Courts Act 1994 (constitution of police forces in Scotland) and related repeals;
(b)the partial repeal of paragraph 11 of Schedule 4 to the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984.
Article 3 amends an earlier commencement order by deleting provision made in that order for the coming into force of section 47(1), (2), (4) and (5) of the 1994 Act (and related repeals) on 1st April 1996.
