The Social Security (Income Support, Claims and Payments and Adjudication) Amendment Regulations 1995

The Secretary of State for Social Security, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by sections 123(1)(a), 135(1), 136(5)(b), 137(1) and (2)(h) and 175(1), (3) and (4) of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 19921, sections 5(1)(p), 27(1)(a), 189(1), (4) and (5) and 191 of the Social Security Administration Act 19922 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, after agreement by the Social Security Advisory Committee that proposals in respect of these Regulations should not be referred to it3, hereby makes the following Regulations:
