7 Request for statement of grounds of decision.
8 Request for extension of time to complete an application for the registration of a design.
9A Application to extend the period of protection.
12A Application to register or give notice of rights acquired in a registered design or in an application to register a design.
16A Request for alteration of name, or for correction of error.
19A Application or request for a compulsory licence, licence of right or cancellation of registration.
21 Request for search among registered designs.
23 Request for certificate of the registrar, or certified copies.
29 Application to restore a registered design.
30 Fee for restoration of a registered design.
