The Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food being a Minister designated1 for the purposes of section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 19722 in relation to the common agricultural policy of the European Community, acting in the exercise of the powers conferred on him by that section, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
