The Secretary of State in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 19(2) of the Olympic Symbol etc. (Protection) Act 19951 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf hereby makes the following Order:
1.
This Order may be cited as The Olympic Symbol etc. (Protection) Act 1995 (Commencement) Order 1995.
2.
The Olympic Symbol etc. (Protection) Act 1995 shall come into force on 20th September 1995.
