1. This Order may be cited as the Durham (Borough of Darlington) (Structural Change) Order 1995 and shall come into force for the purposes of articles 2(2), 4, 6(1), (3) and (4,) 9 and 10 on the day after the day on which it is made and for all other purposes on 1st April 1997.
