FOOD;MILK AND DAIRIES
These Regulations, which apply to Scotland, give effect to the provisions of Council Directive 92/46/EEC as defined in regulation 2(1), laying down the health rules for the production and placing on the market of raw milk, heat-treated milk and milk-based products. They also revoke and replace the Regulations specified in Schedule 12 and re-enact provisions that are compatible with Council Directive 92/46/EEC.

PART IIIAPPROVAL AND USE OF DAIRY ESTABLISHMENTS
List of dairy establishments7

The food authority shall allot an approval number to each dairy establishment which it has approved and shall keep a list of those dairy establishments.
2
Any approved dairy establishment which ceases to be used as a dairy establishment shall be removed from the list kept by the food authority pursuant to paragraph (1) above.
