The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of hospitals and other establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Cornwall Community Healthcare National Health Service Trust2 and its subsequent dissolution3 and the establishment of the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust4 and the Westcountry Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust5, having consulted the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust and the Westcountry Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
Citation, commencement and interpretation1

This Order may be cited as the Westcountry Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) Order 1995 and shall come into force on 8th June 1995.

In this Order—
“the first Trust” means the Cornwall Healthcare National Health Service Trust;
“the second Trust” means the Westcountry Ambulance Services National Health Service Trust;
“the trust property” means the items specified in a schedule of trust property prepared by and agreed upon by the first Trust and the second Trust on 7th December 1994, which schedule has been signed on behalf of both the first Trust and the second Trust.
Transfer of trust property2
On 8th June 1995 the trust property shall be transferred from the first Trust to the second Trust.
