55.—(1) Schedule 2 to the Maintenance Assessments and Special Cases Regulations shall be amended in accordance with the following provisions of this regulation.
(2) In paragraph 24, for the words “Where a parent provides”, there shall be substituted the words “ For each week in which a parent provides ”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (a) of paragraph 24, after the word “by” there shall be inserted the words, “ , on behalf or in respect of ”.
(4) In paragraph 27, for the words “does not in any period exceed” there shall be substituted the word “ exceeds ”.
