The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 33(2)(a) and (3)(a), (b) and (f) and 36(1) of the Legal Aid (Scotland) Act 19861, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
