PART C—CERTIFICATE OF TEST OR EXPERIENCE
Certificate of Test2
A certificate of test required by article 22(5) or 22(6) of this Order shall be signed by a person authorised by the Authority to sign certificates of this kind and shall certify the following particulars:
a
the functions to which the certificate relates;
b
that the person signing the certificate is satisfied that on a date specified in the certificate the holder of the licence or personal flying logbook of which the certificate forms part, as the case may be, passed an appropriate test of his ability to perform the functions to which the certificate relates;
c
the type of aircraft or flight simulator in or by means of which the test was conducted; and
d
the date on which it was signed.
