The Parliamentary Constituencies (Wales) Order 1995

2.—(1) For all the constituencies in Wales there shall be substituted the constituencies which—

(a) are named in the left-hand column of the Schedule to this Order;

(b) are designated in that column as either county constituencies or borough constituencies; and

(c) comprise the areas set out in the right-hand column of that Schedule.

(2) The areas set out in the right-hand column of the Schedule to this Order are local government areas as they existed on 16th December 1994 except that the wards in the Borough of Blaenau Gwent are the wards as they would exist if the Borough of Blaenau Gwent (Electoral Arrangements) Order 1992(1) had come into full force.
