Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 2 of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 19851, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—

This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and Custody (Parties in Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 1995, and shall come into force on 1st May 1995.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) (Amendment) (No. 6) Order 19942 is revoked.

The Child Abduction and Custody (Parties to Conventions) Order 19933 is amended by deleting the Schedule and substituting therefor the following—
SCHEDULECONVENTION ON THE CIVIL ASPECTS OF INTERNATIONAL CHILD ABDUCTION, THE HAGUE, 25TH OCTOBER 1980
