2. Part I of Schedule 6 to the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980(1) shall be varied by the insertion of “section 30 of the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Act 1990(2),” after “Parts I or II of the Children Act 1989,” under the heading “FAMILY PROCEEDINGS”.
