Amendment of the Regulations in 19943.
(1)
On the coming into force of these Regulations the Regulations shall be amended as follows.
(2)
In Regulation 2, after the definition of “specified circumstances”there shall be inserted—
““supplementary indication”has the same meaning as it has in section 8(5A) of the Act;”.
(3)
For Regulation 7, there shall be substituted—
“7.
Supplementary indications are authorised to be used in the specified circumstances.”.
(4)
Regulation 10 shall be omitted.
