The Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provision) Order 1994 No. 2552 (C. 53)

Citation, commencement and interpretation

1.—(1) This Order may be cited as the Coal Industry Act 1994 (Commencement No. 2 and Transitional Provision) Order 1994 and shall come into force on 31st October 1994.

(2) In this Order—

“the Act” means the Coal Industry Act 1994; and

“the 1946 Act” means the Coal Industry Nationalisation Act 1946(1).
