All the provisions of the Trade Marks Act 1994 (“the Act”) shall come into force on 31st October 1994; and, accordingly, for the purposes of subsection (2) of the said section 109, that date shall be the date of commencement in respect of the references to commencement of the Act in Schedules 3 and 4 to the Act (transitional provisions and consequential amendments).
