The Insolvent Partnerships Order 1994

The Lord Chancellor, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 420(1) and (2) of the Insolvency Act 19861 and section 21(2) of the Company Directors Disqualification Act 19862 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, with the concurrence of the Secretary of State, hereby makes the following Order:—
