Subject to paragraphs (2) and (3) below, this Order extends to the United Kingdom.

So far as relating to the following provisions of the 1993 Act, namely, paragraph 4 of Schedule 5 and, so far as relating to the Company Securities (Insider Dealing) Act 19852 and to the Companies Act 19893, Schedule 6, this Order extends to Great Britain only.

So far as relating to the following provisions of the 1993 Act, namely, paragraphs 18 to 22 of Schedule 5 and Part II (save as applying to the Banking Coordination (Second Council Directive) Regulations 19924) of Schedule 6, this Order extends to Northern Ireland only.
