13B The Trustee, the Designated Employer and the Pensions Committee for a Section shall by deed, subject to the restrictions set out below and to Inland Revenue consent, change any of the trusts, powers and provisions of the Rules of the relevant Section which the relevant Designated Employer and the Pensions Committee request to be made unless the Trustee considers that in all the circumstances the change would be improper or that it would not be in the best interests of the Members and beneficiaries of the Section. The Trustee shall notify all the Participating Employers participating in the Section of the change.
For the purposes of the 1994 Pensioners “A”and “B”Sections the Designated Employer is the Secretary of State.
