The Two Shires Ambulance National Health Service Trust (Transfer of Trust Property) (No. 2) Order 1994

The Secretary of State for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 92(1) of the National Health Service Act 19771 and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, having regard to the change in the arrangements for the administration of establishments and facilities formerly managed by the Northampton Health Authority resulting from the establishment of the Two Shires Ambulance National Health Service Trust2, having consulted the Northamptonshire Health Authority3 and that Trust in accordance with section 92(3) of that Act, hereby makes the following Order:
