Transfer to education associations of responsibility for conduct of maintained special schools5
Where—
a
proposals for a prescribed alteration of a maintained special school have been approved under section 184 of the Act, and
b
the school begins to be conducted by an education association before the proposals are implemented,—
the proposals shall be treated for the purposes of Part III of the Act as if notice of them had been given by the education association under section 183(6) and they had been approved under section 184, and they shall be implemented in accordance with any particulars approved under section 185.
