Section 35 of and Schedule 4 to the 1993 Act shall apply in relation to any new governing body incorporated by virtue of regulation 17 of these Regulations or any members of the body subject to the modification in paragraph (2) of this regulation.

Paragraph 2(b) of Schedule 4 shall apply in relation to hospital special schools with the substitution of the words “property other than land” for the words “land and other property”.
