Voiding ballots10

Section 31 of the 1993 Act (power to declare ballot void for irregularity) shall apply to ballots held under regulation 6 as if–

a

the references to sections 28 and 30 in subsection (1)(a) and (1)(c) were to regulations 6 and 9 respectively,

b

in subsection 1(b) the words after “section 28” were omitted and there were substituted “of the 1993 Act and regulation 6”, and

c

the reference to section 29(1) in subsection (3) were to regulation 7(1).
