SCHEDULE 2 ASSETS AND LIABILITIES

ASSETS

The following property as the same are used for the purpose of the funded operations as at 1st April 1993:

• Freehold land and buildings used or allocated for use in the funded operations

• Leasehold land and buildings used or allocated for use in the funded operations

• Plant and equipment

• Computer hardware and software

LIABILITIES

• Fees paid in advance as at 1st April 1993 under the Agricultural Credits Fees Order 1985(1), the Land Charges Fees Rules 1990(2) and the Land Registration Fees Order 1992(3).

• Other Land Registry creditors.
