This Order changes the name of an NHS trust established by Order under Part I of the National Health Service and Community Care Act 1990 from the North Staffordshire Hospital Centre National Health Service Trust to the North Staffordshire Hospital National Health Service Trust and makes consequential amendments to that Order and transitional provisions.
