SCHEDULE 1 AMENDMENT OF PROVISIONS RELATING TO THE BACKDATING OF CERTAIN COURT ORDERS

Domestic Proceedings and Magistrates' Courts Act 1978(1)

7.  In section 20(9) of that Act (effective date of variation of orders for periodical payments)(2), for the words “, not being” there shall be substituted “except that, subject to subsections (9A) and (9B) below, the date shall not be”.
