Amendment of regulation 4 of the principal Regulations
2. In regulation 4 of the principal Regulations (calculation of charges)—
(a)in paragraph (1), for “75%” there is substituted “80%”; and
(b)in paragraph (5), for “£225” in both places where it occurs there is substituted “£250”.
