PART VII MORTGAGES

Registration of mortgage

58.  Where a mortgage executed in accordance with regulation 57 (Form of mortgage) is produced to the Registrar for registration, he shall:—

(a) register the mortgage, and

(b) endorse on it the date and time it was registered.
