Substitution of shorter period for making orders transferring property and staff to School Curriculum and Assessment Authority2
There is substituted for the period specified in sections 247(2) and 248(6) of the Education Act 1993 (“the Act”), being in both sections a period of six months beginning with the day on which section 244 of the Act came into force2, the period of two months and fifteen days beginning with the day on which section 244 of the Act came into force.
