The provisions of sections 35, 36 and 38 of the 1986 Act, insofar as not brought into force by article 3, shall come into force on 1st May 1993.

Section 37 insofar as it relates to paragraphs 1 to 3 and 5 to 8 of Schedule 7, Part II to the 1986 Act shall come into force on 1st May 1993.
