LOCAL GOVERNMENT, ENGLAND AND WALES
Article 3 of this Order brings into force on 7th October 1993 the provisions in sections 67 to 70 and section 72, in so far as they are not already in force, and section 73, of the Local Government and Housing Act 1989.These provisions relate to companies in which local authorities have interests, and trusts which are subject to local authority influence.
