9.  In the Schedule, in Part IV, in section D:—

(a) in paragraph 4, there shall be substituted “certificate of proficiency” for “certificate or proficiency”;

(b) in paragraph 7, for “£17” there shall be substituted “£18.50”;

(c) in paragraph 9 for “Licence for” there shall be substituted “Licence of Service as”.
