The Motor Vehicles (Driving Licences) (Amendment) Regulations 1993

The Secretary of State for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 89(1)(f),(3) and (4)(b), 105(1), (3) and (4), 108(1)1 and 192(1)2 of the Road Traffic Act 19883, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with representative organisations in accordance with section 195(2) of that Act, and in the case of regulations 4, 5 and 6 with the approval of the Treasury, hereby makes the following Regulations:
